Brendan is fantastic! When Viasat discontinued our current service plan, forcing us to update our hardware and relocate our dish, Brendan searched all around our house for a location with line of sight to the new satellite. Unfortunately there was none to be found without cutting down some trees, which we're not willing to do. We'll be switching to a different internet service after 13 years with Wild Blue/ Exceed/ Viasat, but it's not for lack of effort on Brendan's part.

Brendan was awesome. He set me up with a perfect situation and made sure it was all working right and that I understood it all. Can’t say enough good things about him. Great experience.

Brenden was great. He is very professional, courteous, informative, and knowledgeable. He nicely did not insult my intelligence by cramming a pole in the ground and saying it’s good. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends.
